The shoes are of good quality, but I have to return and exchange for a smaller size. I hope they send me a label to return them; otherwise, everything is very good and they look of good quality.

For the seller, this size 41 fits me well, but they did not refund the size 42 that I returned and they have rejected the refund. What reason do they have for rejecting said refund? Can you give me an explanation, and then you can tell me why. Thank you.
